Free Calls to Virgin Media Directory Enquires (118 180): **Free Calls to Virgin Media national Directory Enquiries Service on 118180 are only available from a Virgin Media Home Phone (cable & national) and Virgin Mobile and are included within your tariff; charges apply for calls to 118180 from other operators. Fair Use Policy applies with a maximum of 10 calls per day. You are responsible for making sure that you do not exceed this allowance. If you do exceed the allowance, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to charge you for the call (30p per call). Onward connection restrictions apply
Payment: If you prefer not to pay by Direct Debit, you will incur a monthly £5 payment handling fee payable to Virgin Media Payments Ltd. If you would like paper bills, the fee is £1.75 a month. Mobile paper bill charge of £1.50 may also apply. You must, at a minimum, take all services included in your bundle for your minimum contract term. If you change any part of your bundle, standard prices apply.

1Acceptable use policy: Acceptable use policy applies. Traffic Management operates from 4pm to 9pm and 10am to 3pm to ensure a consistent user experience.
3Downloading: Copyright owner's permission may be required for the downloading of music. Download times are estimated and calculated based on full-rate downloads on a wired connection, with 5% allowance for Internet Protocol transfer and connection overheads. The sizes used for calculation are a music album at 60Mb, a TV show at 350Mb, a high quality movie at 1.1 GB (e.g. from LOVEFiLM) and an HD movie at 5 GB (e.g. HD movies from Xbox Live marketplace).
4 Free Virgin Media Super Hub for 10Mb, 30Mb, 50Mb and 100Mb: Available to all new broadband customers taking our 10Mb, 30Mb, 50Mb or 100Mb broadband services, and to existing customers upgrading to 30Mb, 50Mb and 100Mb broadband (subject to status and credit checks). Broadband activation fees may apply. SuperHub provided free while you are a subscriber. Wireless-enabled equipment required. Existing customers not upgrading their package can buy a Virgin Media SuperHub for £75. Equipment remains property of Virgin Media.
